RC inspires women to be leaders in nation building

In April RC Wakana as guest speaker, delivered a lecture on ‘Critical Thinking and Decision Making’ at the Women’s Executive Leadership Training in Mbour, Senegal. The RC was invited to the forum by women groups – Fyen Consulting Services and Bridging Gaps Advisory to inspire the more than 30 women participants to aspire to high heights and become leaders in whatever profession they choose to pursue.

The lecture encouraged the women to be believe in themselves, be assertive and set for themselves realistic goals in life. She called on them never to be afraid to fail. She outlined:

“failure is just a motivation to try harder.”
