The Gambia has consolidated efforts to address its commitments to international development agendas through coordinated development planning, extensive consulting and involvement of all stakeholders in the process. At the advent of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in 2016, The Gambia had begun the process of formulating it successor five-year development plan – a process that the UN in The Gambia has aligned itself with and supported.
